Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot change the contents of an order once it’s been placed.

However, if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to the Guides ASAP!

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to the Guides via the chat widget at the bottom, lefthand corner of the webpage or send us an email here as possible and we'll do our best to cancel it before it ships. We'll do our best to handle your cancellation request before your order ships! We kindly ask that you have your order number and any other relevant information included in your outreach.

 

What if I need to change my order's shipping address?

Since changing a shipping address post-purchase is time sensitive, we recommend getting in-touch with the Guides ASAP!

You can chat with us via the Live Chat widget in the bottom, lefthand corner of our website's homepage (this will only be visible if a Guide is immediately available to accept your chat) or you can send us an email via this link. We'll do our best to handle your request before your order ships! We kindly ask that you have your order number and any other relevant information included in your outreach.

 

How soon will I get my package?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. and they will deliver via UPS. Refer to the available shipping options at checkout, after entering the shipping address, for the most accurate delivery estimate. 

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order has received a tracking number at our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment notification email. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to go live after receiving a shipment notification email.

To check the delivery status of your order, click on Track My Order in your shipment notification email.  If you placed the order on your Bonobos account, you can also refer to your Order History on your Account page at any time.
